What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping is based on weight and our products are sometimes heavy. Though we try to keep our costs down and pass them onto you there is only so much we can do. However our “mo saienitisi” or scientists here at Detroit Tiki Co. are currently exploring new technologies in making lighter cement so everyone far and wide may benefit from our Tikis at a economical cost.

DOMESTIC

Due to cost of shipping cost and weight of our products we only ship to the continental United States.

INTERNATIONAL

We are sorry but at this time we do not ship to International addresses.

What should I do if I live local and want to pickup a tiki instead of having it shipped?

When checking out complete the shipping form and select the “Pickup” option at bottom. We will contact you via email to determine a place and time for pickup.

How do I make a Mai Tai?

  • 1.5 ounces light rum

  • 1.5 ounces gold rum

  • 2 ounces triple sec

  • 1 ounce lime juice

  • 1/2 ounce Amaretto (almond liqueur) see note

  • 1 ounce dark rum

    Mix light and gold rum, triple sec, lime juice, and almond liqueur in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice. Add dark rum on top with an array of fruits. Insert positive attitude. Enjoy!
